Finance and controlling

Account Payable analyst

Imagine a future where you bring value by paying our many business-critical suppliers across the globe and thereby ensuring our ability to deliver

Join us in this role where you’ll run several different controls and compliance checks. You'll use well-described processes, but also sometimes lots of common sense as each case is unique. You'll support the business directly with support to end-users by phone and in our ticket system.

Welcome to Financial Services
You’ll be part of Accounts Payables team where you, together with your colleagues, will be in charge of our global compliance and control regime, and our support in general to the business in Europe. Our team in this area is located partly in Skærbæk, Denmark and in Warsaw, Poland. As a team, we’re very supportive towards one another and we have built a lot of trust, commitment, and a great atmosphere. We connect on Teams every day, and we meet up in the local office three days a week.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • following up on direct debit suppliers to ensure valid invoice and correct master data
  • following up on payment blocked documents to push for unblocking or final rejection
  • providing phone support to end-users or suppliers on various finance-related issues
  • providing support in the ticket system to end-users
  • investigating booking on incoming amounts
  • reaching out to cost owners and suppliers to ensure duly payments.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • demonstrate strong bookkeeping skills
  • are familiar with SAP
  • are able to explain our solutions and processes in a way that is easy to comprehend for people outside of Finance
  • are a zealous, efficient, and accurate team player.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
