Senior Organisational Change Management consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll be executing organisational change management (OCM) activities on organisational initiatives. While executing change activities, you’ll build change management capabilities into the organisation by conducting training along with adjusting and developing OCM tools that support high adoption of new ways of working and new digital products.

You’ll be part of OCM Centre of excellence where you, together with your colleagues, will build and improve our OCM framework, including methods and tools, to ensure a uniform OCM practice, language, and mindset across our organisation. Our CoE consists of ten dedicated OCM consultants who support our journey by driving the change work on specific digital initiatives and by adjusting and developing OCM methods and tools, driving partnerships, and conducting OCM training across the company.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • driving change management activities on organisational initiatives
  • creating transparency on end-user adoption and new ways of working
  • facilitating dialogues on how to improve internal collaboration.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have experience with leading change in an agile environment
  • are experienced in facilitating dialogues and communication with stakeholders at all levels, enabling you to present complex matters in a straightforward way
  • have experience conducting OCM training
  • are structured and analytical, with a good eye for detail.
