Land contract administrator to support the processing and maintenance of land agreements

Imagine a future where you help develop Onshore NA’s renewable energy projects by interfacing with multiple departments to support landowners’ needs and provide information to the business

Join us in this role where you’ll support the administration and maintenance of land agreements in every stage of a project. You’ll gain broad exposure to and understanding of what it takes to build and operate a renewable energy project while helping with legal documents, accounting, and landowner customer service.

Welcome to Asset Management
You’ll be part of Lease Administration where you, together with your colleagues, will process incoming land agreements, maintain ownership and obligations, and track project status to ensure all rights of the agreements are being upheld and all payments are being administered correctly. You’ll interface with Development, Construction, Asset Management, Legal, Accounting, GIS, and other teams to administrate and maintain the land contract database to ensure accurate and timely landowner payments and tracking of contractual obligations.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • aiding with the intake and processing of land contract documentation
  • assisting with the calculation of landowner payments
  • supporting the processing of accurate and timely payments on all land agreements
  • contributing to tracking lease obligations during all project phases
  • being able to provide reporting of land contract data as necessary.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have basic experience with lease administration in the energy sector utilizing lease management software
  • have proficiency with the Microsoft Office software suite and the ability to learn and become a system expert
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • have an associate’s degree in a relevant field.
